What makes it special
Olives and tomato are joined by oregano and garlic in this farmhouse cheese. Nijland makes No.37 with pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet. Try it on a sandwich with rocket, or serve a few pieces alongside plain crackers. An olive may occasionally contain a stone, so please bear this in mind when serving.
