What makes it special
Tomato is the starting point for this Mini variety, accompanied by ingredients including basil, thyme, garlic and pepper. The cheese contains 1.2% tomato and is made with raw cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet. Try it on bread with rocket, or serve small pieces alongside olives. It is a lovely way to give your usual lunch or drinks board a different combination. Taste the tomato variety in our shop before putting your board together.
