If you like to alternate between young, mature and aged farmhouse cheese, No.4 Extra Belegen is a lovely middle ground. This cheese is made with raw cow’s milk and animal rennet. Slice some for lunch or serve small pieces on a board. A little mustard and some bread keep things cosy and simple. We would be happy to make room for a tasting of No.4 in the shop. If you would like the cheese packaged, ask in store which packaging is suitable for this cheese and your situation.
