Truffel Brie can turn a cheese board into a special moment. Soft cow’s-milk Brie and truffle come together in a rich, aromatic combination. This cheese needs little else: good bread and a little attention are often enough.

Do not serve it ice-cold, and keep other strongly flavoured truffle products separate. That way, you can first taste the balance between the soft white-mould cheese and the earthy character of truffle. Afterwards, decide for yourself whether fruit, nuts or something sweet would add anything.
