Petit Saint Maure 1/2 is the half-size version of Petit Saint Maure, a practical product option. It is made from pasteurised goat’s milk using animal rennet. Choose this version when a smaller piece better suits your table or tasting. This lets you build the board gradually and leaves room to appreciate the cheese properly.

It may suit one household, a small drinks gathering or a focused introduction to the cheese. Tell us whether you are looking for cheese for a sandwich, drinks gathering, cheese board, dinner, gift or cheese hamper, and we can help you choose an amount.

You will find Nassen at Huidenstraat 23H, in De 9 Straatjes. You can taste the cheeses first; they are freshly cut daily. Ask us about suitable packaging if you are taking the cheese on a trip or giving it as a gift. Vacuum packing is offered only when suitable for the cheese, your journey and the applicable rules.
