What makes it special
Mustard is already part of this Mini: it contains 0.9% mustard seeds and 0.3% mustard flour. You can leave the extra pot of mustard aside and start with a piece on bread. Add cucumber or radish for a simple lunch, for example. The cheese is based on raw cow’s milk and is made with vegetarian rennet. It also works as the mustard variety on a tasting board of farmhouse cheeses. Feel free to choose Mini Mosterd after trying it in our shop.
