What makes it special
There is quite a lot going on in this cheese’s ingredients: garlic, honey powder, olives, a summer truffle preparation, tomato and oregano. Its base is pasteurised cow’s milk, made with vegetarian rennet. Give the cheese some room on a board with bread and cucumber, for example, rather than filling the board in advance.
