What makes it special
What makes it special? Soft burrata and full-flavoured truffle spread form the creamy, earthy heart of this vegetarian sandwich. Fresh tomato brings juiciness and a slightly tangy note, while rocket adds freshness and pepperiness. The combination is rich, yet nicely balanced by the vegetables. An elegant lunch for lovers of burrata and truffle who enjoy choosing bold flavours without meat.
